Welcome to RadiantCash.com. The www.radiantcash.com website (the "Site") is comprised of various web pages operated by Ishwaaswi, LLC dba Radiant Credit ("Radiant Credit"). Radiantcash.com is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). Your use of www.radiantcash.com constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.
RadiantCash.com is an E-Commerce Site intended to provide consumer installment loans. Radiant Credit is a source for safe, fair, and consumer friendly installment loans.
Visiting www.radiantcash.com or sending emails to Radiant Credit constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Any disclosure, notice, record or other type of information that is provided to you in connection with your transaction with us, including but not limited to, this Loan Agreement, this Consent, disclosures, change-in-term notices, fee and transaction information, statements, delayed disbursement letters, notices of adverse action, and transaction information (collectively, "Communications"), may be sent to you electronically by sending it to you by e-mail or by posting the information at our web site, www.radiantcash.com.
- We will not be obligated to provide any Communication to you in paper form unless you specifically request us to do so.
- You may obtain a copy of any Communication by contacting us at www.radiantcash.com, writing to us at email@example.com, or by calling us at 1-855-572-3227. You also can withdraw your consent to ongoing electronic communications in the same manner, and ask that they be sent to you in paper or non-electronic form. If you choose to receive Communications in paper or non-electronic form, we may elect to terminate this Loan Agreement and demand payment of the amount then due by the date of your withdrawal of consent; or by the expiration of any minimum term mandated by law, whichever is later.
- You agree to provide us with your current e-mail address for notices at the address or phone number indicated above. If your e-mail address changes, you must send us a notice of the new address by writing to us or sending us an e-mail, using secure messaging, at least 5 days before the change.
- In order to receive electronic communications in connection with this transaction, you will need a working connection to the Internet. Your browser must support the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. SSL provides a secure channel to send and receive data over the Internet. Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 or equivalent browser and above supports this feature. You will also need either a printer connected to your computer to print disclosures/notices or sufficient hard drive space available to save the information (e.g., 1 megabyte or more). You must have your own Internet service provider. We may amend (add to, delete or change) the terms of this Consent to electronic communication by providing you with advance notice.
You authorize Ishwaaswi, LLC dba Radiant Credit to verify information furnished in the loan application with one or multiple consumer reporting agencies or other publicly available sources of public records. Please see below for Collection and Use of Bank Account Data disclosure.
Credit Reporting Disclosure
If you are applying for an installment loan, we may make inquiries to credit bureaus regarding your credit history and standing, and may report information back to bureaus regarding loan performance including late payments, missed payments, defaults or other behavior related the installment loan. Late payments, missed payments and defaults may be reflected on your credit report and may affect your ability to take additional installment or other types of loans in the future.
Collection and Use of Bank Account Data
If you are applying for an installment loan, we will consider the bank, debit, or credit-card account(s) information provided by you as eligible for us to process payments against. In addition, as part of our information collection process, we may detect additional bank accounts under your ownership through national databases and credit bureaus. We will consider these additional accounts to be part of the application process. For the avoidance of doubt, any accounts outside of that listed on the credit application will not be eligible for us to process payments.
Important Information About Procedures for Opening a New Account with Radiant Credit
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, federal law requires all financial institutions including Radiant Credit to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.
What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that Radiant Credit is not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. Radiant Credit and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.
Radiant Credit does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. You must be 18 or older to complete an application with Radiant Credit.
You may rescind your loan within two business days following the funding date of the loan without incurring a finance fee. If you think a loan has been given in error, or if you believe fraud or identity theft has occured please call us at 1-855-572-3227 and choose to speak to a representative.

The Linked Sites are not under the control of Radiant Credit and Radiant Credit is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. Radiant Credit is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Radiant Credit of the site or any association with its operators.
Certain services made available via www.radiantcash.com are delivered by third party sites and organizations. By using any product, service or functionality originating from the www.radiantcash.com domain, you hereby acknowledge and consent that Radiant Credit may share such information and data with any third party with whom Radiant Credit has a contractual relationship to provide the requested product, service or functionality on behalf of www.radiantcash.com users and customers.
No unlawful or prohibited use/Intellectual Property

Third Party Accounts
You will be able to connect your Radiant Credit account to third party accounts. By connecting your Radiant Credit account to your third party account, you acknowledge and agree that you are consenting to the continuous release of information about you to others (in accordance with your privacy settings on those third party sites). If you do not want information about you to be shared in this manner, do not use this feature.
The Service is controlled, operated and administered by Radiant Credit from our offices within the USA. If you access the Service from a location outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree that you will not use the Radiant Credit Content accessed through www.radiantcash.com in any country or in any manner prohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions or regulations.

THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. CHANGES ARE PERIODICALLY ADDED TO THE INFORMATION HEREIN. ISHWAASWI, LLC DBA RADIANT CREDIT AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS MAY MAKE IMPROVEMENTS AND/OR CHANGES IN THE SITE AT ANY TIME.

Monitoring of User Behavior on the Site
While Radiant Credit has no obligation to monitor you, you acknowledge and agree that Radiant Credit has the right to monitor the Site electronically from time to time and to disclose any information as necessary or appropriate to satisfy any law, regulation, or other governmental request, to operate the Site, or to protect itself or other users of the Site.
To protect both you and us, we use services provided by a third-party to help decide whether to accept transactions from personal computers, mobile phones, or other devices. The third-party service checks whether these devices have been identified with fraudulent or abusive transactions in the past, such as reported instances of identity theft, account takeovers, or malware attacks. For this purpose, a cookie file, flash storage token, or other code file may be placed on your device to identify it in the future when you visit our website or connect with our applications. On connection with our site or service, we will transmit that device identification code to the third-party’s server, along with data concerning certain technical attributes of your device such as the model, operating system, and browser version, as well as the IP address, all of which are used to confirm device identification. Radiant Credit reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the Lac Du Flambeau Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians, a Federally Recognized American Indian Tribe. A complainant may appeal an Authority opinion by filing a written appeal to the Tribal Court within twenty (20) days of receiving the Authority's final written decision in accordance with current rules of court and procedure of the Lac du Flambeau Tribal Court. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section.
Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Radiant Credit with respect to the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Radiant Credit with respect to the Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent an d subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be written in English.
If any provision of this Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent possible, and the remaining provisions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
Changes to Terms
Radiant Credit reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which www.radiantcash.com is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. Radiant Credit encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
